Our services include counselling you one-on-one, working with couples, families or any group of people who share a concern and want to work together towards new solutions.

We offer consulting, coaching, counselling and psychotherapy in a safe and supportive environment. Our services are fully confidential. We encourage you to visit our professional office space or we will visit you in your office, home, school or hospital. We provide counselling in both English and French.

We have a special interest and specific training in couple counselling. We also are trained in the Hakomi method of psychotherapy, a gentle and supportive method that is based in "mindfulness" practice. In this practice we support you in exploring the core beliefs that drive your behaviour. This process opens the possibility of new choices.

Mindfulness is a term borrowed from Buddhism. It is a state of consciousness in which present-time internal events can be observed without judgement. Mindfulness involves turning our attention inward in order to study our own experience. It is a cornerstone of experiential psychotherapy as well as, perhaps, any form of effective therapy.
